Schoolvia’s role

Schoolvia is an education discovery and connection marketplace. It helps parents discover education providers and helps approved schools access relevant opportunities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Schoolvia is not the school, examining body or education provider responsible for delivering a listed programme.

Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials and using the platform only for lawful purposes.

school access may be subject to review, approval, suspension or rejection under Schoolvia platform rules.

Listings and profiles

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish, including services, curricula, grades, qualifications, fees and availability.

Schoolvia may moderate, remove or request changes to information that is misleading, unsafe, incomplete or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Applications and leads

A lead, application or match represents an education enquiry or potential connection. It does not guarantee admission, enrolment, tuition engagement, payment or conversion.

Fees and paid features

Where Schoolvia charges for lead access or another digital feature, the price and applicable terms shown at the time of the transaction form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse personal information, scrape the platform, impersonate another person or organisation, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, or use Schoolvia for spam, fraud or harassment.

Availability and changes

Schoolvia may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably required. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, infrastructure or third-party service reasons.

Responsibility

Users remain responsible for evaluating education providers, programmes, qualifications, fees and suitability before entering into an agreement outside or through the platform.
